Questions

Who can open the dashboard on Free?

The person who set the server up. Giving anyone else access, by Discord role or person by person, comes with Pro and Titan.

What does running my own bot take?

Titan, and an application in the Discord developer portal. Paste its token, which Colossus stores encrypted, and switch on three intents: Server Members, Message Content and Presence. On a server with 10,000 members or more, Discord reviews the bot after it joins and gives you 90 days to answer.

What happens if Titan ends while I'm on my own bot?

Your bot stops and the server moves to the shared Colossus bot. Add the shared bot to your server before then, so recording doesn't pause.

How long is the activity log kept?

365 days, then it's deleted. Reading it comes with Pro and Titan.
