Guide
How to set Colossus up on your Discord server, read and arrange its dashboard, run levelling, and work with your team.
Getting started
Working with charts
- Read and explore a chart What each part of a card shows, how to read a value, hide a series, open a chart full screen, zoom in, and download the numbers.
- Choose dates and filters Pick a date range, narrow every card to some roles or channels, set the time zone, and save or share a view.
- Arrange your dashboard Build your own overview from starred cards, and move, resize, remove or restore cards on any view.
What the views show
- Growth Who joins your server, where they come from, whether they take part, and who leaves.
- Engagement How much your members say, where they say it, how quickly they answer each other, and how they use voice.
- Audience Who your active members are, how often they are online, how activity is spread across them, and who has gone quiet.
- Leaderboards Rank members, levels, channels, invites, emoji, commands and events over the date range you pick.
- Lens Look at one member or one channel in detail, and compare two side by side.

Levelling

- XP and levels How members earn XP, the rules, multipliers and caps that shape it, the level curve, and what happens when you change them.
- Perks Hand out roles for levels, top ranks, runs of activity, statistics, time in the server, invites and roles members hold, choose what members keep as they climb, and let Colossus run the roles for you.
- Level-ups and rank cards Choose where and when level-ups are announced, design the message and the cards, and what members see with /rank and /leaderboard.
- Move over from another bot Bring members' levels over from MEE6, Lurkr, Kiai and other bots, check them before they count, let members try Colossus, then switch.
Running your server
- Give your team access Let moderators and staff open the dashboard, choose what each role or person can see and change, and hand the server to someone else.

- Plans and billing See your plan, upgrade, move down or cancel, manage the card that pays, and download invoices.
- What Colossus records What the bot reads, what it keeps and never keeps, how long data lasts, and the controls you and your members have.
