Import from another bot

Needs Manager or Admin access. Nothing is announced and no role moves until you switch over.

Bring levels over

1. Settings › Import, under Levelling history, press Bring levels over.
2. Pick the bot. Bots still in your server come first.
3. Pick a way. Most accurate comes first, and each says what it needs.
4. Start it, and wait for the run to finish reading.
5. Press Review to see who goes up, down or stays, then Count these levels, or Discard run.

MEE6

Its leaderboard, once "Make my server's leaderboard public" is on in MEE6's dashboard; or its level-up messages.

Lurkr

Its leaderboard, set to Public in Lurkr's dashboard; or the file its dashboard exports.

Kiai

Its leaderboard, once you authorise Colossus as the dialog shows; or the file Kiai's /export sends.

Amari, Atlas, Juniper

Their leaderboards, or their level-up messages.

Tatsu

Each member's server score, counted as XP on your curve; or the reward roles members hold.

Arcane, Nadeko, Dyno, Carl-bot

Their level-up messages.

ProBot

Its level-up messages, or the reward roles members hold.

Another bot

Its level-up messages, or members telling you their level.

Reading level-up messages needs the bot's Message Content intent. Upload a file it exported takes a CSV or JSON export with each member's ID and level or XP, for any bot.

A member never ends up below what their activity here adds up to. Where runs disagree, the highest counts.

Catch who's missing

Under Catch who's missing:

• From reward roles lifts members to the level of a reward role they hold, at once. Add the old bot's roles as level perks first.
• Let members claim lets members send their old level with /claim, for you to check in Review member requests.

Try it, then switch

1. Press Start the trial. Members get /rank, /leaderboard and claims beside the old bot, with no announcements and no role moves.
2. When levels look right, press Switch…, then Switch now. Level-ups and reward roles start from that hour.
3. Turn off the old bot's levelling, or remove it.

Undo the switch goes back to before the switch, without changing anyone's XP.

Import your server's history

On Pro, under Analytics history on the same page, press Import history. Colossus reads every channel, thread and forum post the bot can see, newest first, in the background. Cancel import stops it.

If it doesn't work

• A way can't be taken. It says what it needs, such as a public leaderboard or the Message Content intent.
• Members are missing after a read. The old bot never announced them, or their message is gone. Use Catch who's missing.
• Some channels were skipped. The bot can't read their history.
